Plaintiff appealed the district court’s order granting defendants’ motion for summary judgment, and denying as moot plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff alleged that defendants infringed its copyright of “Acidjazzed Evening,” a Sound Interface Device (SID) file. The court concluded that the district court erred by granting Defendant Mosley’s motion for summary judgment. However, because plaintiff failed to produce substantially probative evidence that it complied with statutory prerequisites prior to filing this action, the court affirmed. View “Oy v.
